Description
The Stable and Carriage House at Penmyarth is a single-storey building featuring roughcast walls painted white and a slate roof. The carriage house on the left has a wide doorway and a vent strip to its right. In the center, there is an advanced bay beneath a gablet that includes an inserted clock in a shallow recess, along with a cross window below that has small-pane glazing. To the right, there is a boarded door with a three-pane overlight, and at the right end, there is another advanced gabled bay with two cross windows. The right end wall includes a two-light casement window at the lower right and a similar loft window in the center. At the back, there is an added lean-to. The building was not inspected at the time of the survey in August 1997.
