Description

3 The Bulwark is a shop with accommodation above, built in the 19th century. It has a stuccoed front that rises three storeys, featuring bands between the floors. The façade includes three windows with moulded architraves facing The Bulwark and is topped with a slate roof. The windows are four-pane sash windows set in moulded architraves, and there is a three-light canted bay window in the centre bay on the first floor. The ground floor has a shop front with a central doorway, a fascia and cornice, and fluted pilasters at each end.
