Description

The barn at Sunny Barn is a Grade II listed structure consisting of five bays, constructed with stone rubble walls and a half-hipped slate roof, situated on sloping ground. It features waggon entries on the long sides and has blocked ventilator slits. The roof and walls extend in a continuous line over a one-storey outbuilding with a loft, which was likely used as stables at the north end of the barn. The north gable end has a small boarded opening, while the west wall includes a doorway with a cambered head and a covered window at the eaves above a modern window. It is noted that the barn has five bays and a lower floor at the south end.
