Description
Henfryn Farmhouse is a two-storey farmhouse constructed from rubble stone, featuring timber sash windows, pitched slated roofs, and yellow brick end stacks. The main facade is three bays wide and has a symmetrical design, finished in unpainted roughcast. It includes a central boarded timber door with a rectangular overlight, and all other openings have 12-pane timber sashes with slate sills. The right gable displays a plain timber bargeboard.
To the left, there is a connected range that is lower and set further back, also made of rubble stone. This section has a single opening with a 4-pane timber sash window on the ground floor, which features a cambered brick head and a stone sill.
At the rear of the main range, there is an outshut made of whitewashed rubble. It has a small-paned sash window with marginal glazing set high in the centre, along with a slate sill and head to the eaves. A boarded timber door is located to the right. The southeast angle has a small boarded timber door with a small glazed upper panel, situated beneath a 9-pane sash window with a 6-pane upper section.
The later range has a blank stone gable end. The rear of this range is also two storeys high and features a centrally positioned 4-pane sash window on each floor, both with cambered yellow brick heads and slate sills. A boarded timber door is located on the ground floor to the left, beneath a narrow overlight with a painted cambered brick head.
