Description
The Mill House in Llandybie is a two-storey, three-window miller's house that faces west towards Llandybie mill. The front and side are made of whitewashed stone, with the front featuring axe-dressed masonry and the side in rubble. The rear is rough-cast. It has a slate roof with a tile ridge and timber bargeboards, along with large rendered end-chimneys. The gabled roof extends down to a catslide over the rear extension. The house has sash windows with twelve panes, exposed frames, and horned sashes. The entrance features a panelled door with an overlight and a slightly cambered head. There are modern doors and windows at the rear.
