Description
Waunyrhafod is a farmhouse with an attached outbuilding, dating to an unknown period. The farmhouse is constructed of whitewashed rubble stone with a slate roof. It has a double-fronted, low two-storey facade which is offset to the left. The upper floor has two square windows with small-paned casements. The lower floor has two long, 12-pane sash windows with cambered heads made of whitewashed brick. A boarded door is positioned between the lower windows, also with a cambered brick head. A small rendered chimney is present on the right-hand side, while the left-hand stack has been removed. To the left of the farmhouse is a later outbuilding. It incorporates a 20th-century milking parlour with a cambered-headed door, and two further doors with timber lintels. The interior of the farmhouse was not available for inspection.
