Description
The Vicarage is a two-storey building constructed in rough-cast with a slate roof. It features a modillion eaves cornice and roughcast end stacks, with the left stack being larger and having external chimney breasts. The façade has a four-window range of 12-pane hornless sashes set on stone sills. There is a square-headed six-panel door with a traceried overlight located in the second bay from the right, which is sheltered by a hollow semi-circular wooden hood supported by scroll brackets. A lean-to garage is situated at the left end of the building. The rear of the property originally had a single-storey outshut, which was raised to two storeys in 1904.
The interior has a three-room plan, with the main rooms located on either side of the entry and the kitchen at the left end. It features late Georgian six-panel doors and a mid-18th century staircase with a closed string, turned balusters, a moulded rail, and square newels.
