Description

The front garden wall and gates at No. 113 Main Street are a 19th-century structure. The wall is rendered and features a grey limestone coping. It is topped with thick iron railings that have spear-headed finials. The wall and railings extend to the east side of the house. There are two entries: one in the center and one to the right, both leading to the basement. The gate posts for these entries are made of 20th-century steel, which replaced the original panelled iron gate posts that had Gothic tracery on the center gate. The center gate is a reused piece with spearheads, while the right gate is original and matches the railings.
