Description
The garden walls and railings of Boverton House are a notable feature that date from the late 19th century. They include iron railings and a gate that separate the garden from the forecourt of the outbuildings. The front garden is enclosed from the road by limestone rubble walls. At the center, there are gate piers topped with an iron overthrow. To the east of the gate piers, the garden wall is topped with 19th-century iron railings that have finials, which rise alternately above the top and middle rails. To the west of the gate piers, there is a higher wall with an ornamental parapet. The upper part of this wall, along with the railings, gate piers, and gates, is also from the late 19th century.
