Description
No 3 Spring Gardens is a terraced house that forms the left half of a Regency style mirrored pair. It features painted stucco and has a low-pitched slate roof with brick end stacks. The house is two stories high with a three-bay front, where each bay contains a large sunk panel. The center bay is wider and has a blind cambered headed window above a wide cambered headed opening that leads to the doors of Nos 2 and 3, which are modern and have overlights. The outer bays have their sunk panels extending down to the lower window-sill, but not to the ground, and each contains a large small-paned sash window with marginal glazing bars on both floors, with the sills extending across the sunk panels. The property has not been inspected.
