Description
No 4 Spring Gardens is a terraced house, positioned as the left end of a four-house Regency-style terrace. The building features painted stucco with a low-pitched slate roof and a brick stack on the left end. It is two stories high with a two-bay front. The left bay contains a large sunk panel, while the right bay has a blind square-headed recess above a cambered-headed opening. Within this opening is a four-panel door with a cambered-headed overlight. The left bay's sunk panel extends down to the lower window-sill and includes a large cambered-headed small-paned sash window with marginal glazing bars on each floor, both having sills that extend across the sunk panel. The left end gable is slate-hung. The property has not been inspected.
