Description
Cerbyd Old Farmhouse is an early to mid 19th century farmhouse constructed from unpainted rubble stone, topped with a slate roof and featuring brick end stacks. The building is two stories high and has a three-window front, with 12-pane sash windows that have painted-brick cambered heads. The central entrance consists of a four-panel door with an overlight and a similar brick head above it. At the back, there is an outshut. To the right of the main front, there is a lower attached range made of colourwashed rubble, also with a grouted slate roof and a painted brick end stack. This range includes a door with a window above it on the left and a single-storey gabled range that projects forward on the right. The end wall features a pair of casement windows, and there is one more on the east side. The front garden is enclosed by a whitewashed rubble wall with an iron gate.
