Description

This is a single terraced house built around 1850-1860. It features painted lined stucco with an imitation slate roof and a rendered stack at the north end. The house has a basement and two stories, with a two-window range. The upper floor has 12-pane sash windows, while the lower floor has a 16-pane sash window and an arched door to the right. The entrance includes a four-panel door with radiating and scalloped tracery in the fanlight above. There are two slate steps leading up to the door. Additionally, there are iron area railings, slate steps down to the basement door, and another 12-pane sash window.
