Description
This is a terraced house built around 1850. It features 20th-century dry-dash cladding and an imitation slate roof, with a rendered stack at the northern end. The house is two storeys high and has a two-window range, with renewed sash windows: a 12-pane window on the first floor to the left and 16-pane windows on both floors to the right. There is an iron area grille. The door on the left is a 20th-century six-panel door with an arched head, which has radiating and scalloped tracery in the fanlight above a modillion cornice. Since 1981, the house has been reclad, the windows have been renewed to match the original style, the original three-panel door has been lost, and the slate steps have been replaced with concrete.
