Description

27 Church Street is a terraced house built around 1850. It features a roughcast exterior with thin stucco surrounds, a slate roof, and a rendered stack at the northern end. The house has a basement and two storeys, with a two-window range of 16-pane sash windows and steps leading down to the basement. The door on the left has two slate steps, an iron bootscraper, a three-panel door, and a rectangular overlight with marginal glazing bars. The house has been reclad since 1981, which has resulted in alterations to the surrounds.
