Description

This is a terraced house dating from around 1850. It features painted stucco with an imitation slate roof and a renewed rendered stone stack at the northern end, which was replaced in 1981. The building has a basement and is two stories high, with a two-window range of 12-pane sash windows above and a 16-pane sash window on the ground floor to the right, positioned over an area grille. The door to the left has a pilaster surround with a moulded arch, two slate steps leading up to it, a four-panel door, and a plain fanlight above the arched head.
