Description

This is a terraced house built around 1850, featuring painted stucco and a slate roof with a rendered stack at the north end. The building is two storeys high and has two windows on the front. Above, there are two twelve-pane sash windows, while below, there is a door and a 16-pane sash window. The window surrounds are slightly moulded, and there is a sill band at the first floor. The door is accessed by two concrete steps and consists of three panels with an arched head and a plain fanlight above. Note that the modillion cornice under the fanlight has been removed since 1981.
