Description

This is a terraced house dating from around 1850. It features unpainted roughcast walls with stucco surrounds, a slate roof, and a roughcast stack at the north end. The house has a basement and two stories, with a two-window arrangement. The upper floor has horned 12-pane sash windows, while the ground floor to the right has a 16-pane sash window above an iron area grille. To the left, there are two concrete steps leading to the door, which is a 20th-century door with an arched head and a fanlight above, decorated with radiating and scalloped tracery over a modillion cornice. The original three-panel door has been removed since 1981.
