Description

47 Prospect Place is a terraced house built around 1850, positioned on a slope from No 46. The exterior is finished in painted stucco and features an imitation slate roof with a rendered west end stack. The front of the house is two stories high and has three windows, which are renewed 16-pane horned sashes. The central doorway is arched and includes a four-panel door with a fanlight that has radiating tracery. In 1981, the house had a rusticated first floor and voussoirs added to the central doorway.
