Description

This is a terraced house built around 1850-1860, constructed in stucco with an imitation slate roof and a rendered stack at the northern end. The house has a basement and two storeys, featuring a two-window arrangement with 16-pane sash windows. The entrance includes an arch-headed doorway with a four-panel door and a plain fanlight above. The doorcase is notable for its fine open pediment, which has scrolled capitals, modillions, and panelled reveals. There are three slate steps leading up to the entrance. The area is enclosed by iron railings that match those of the adjoining houses, and there are slate steps leading down to the basement, which has a half-glazed door and another 16-pane sash window.
