Description
The terrace wall and balustrade at Ffynone, built between 1902 and 1907, features a curved-ended design. It is made of rubble stone and includes a slate balustrade with turned balusters, a moulded plinth and rail, and square piers. The structure consists of four sections at the broad semi-circular western end, with short straight lengths on each side. From the corners, the wall has coped rubble stone returns leading to the northern court and steps down to the southern terrace.
