Description
Felinwen Mill is a late 19th-century mill building constructed from rubble stone with Cilgerran stone dressings and a half-hipped slate roof. The building is three storeys high and features a two-window front. The main floor openings have Cilgerran stone cut voussoirs, and there are two small 4-pane casements located under the eaves. On the ground floor, there is a pair of small-paned metal casements to the left and a set of double doors, which are half-glazed, to the right. The first floor has two pairs of casement windows. All openings and corners are accented with Cilgerran stone long and short quoins, although the quoins on the door do not extend to the ground. There is an added lean-to structure on the left side of the building. The water-wheel was located at the southern end, which features a 20th-century door on the first floor and an attic casement. The southern end and rear walls are whitewashed. No interior machinery remains.
