Description
The building consists of L-plan outbuildings attached to the right of Trefasser Isaf, which is an earlier 19th-century farmhouse constructed from rubble stone with a grouted slate roof and stone end wall stacks, the larger of which is at the south end. The farmhouse features a two-storey, three-window range of 12-pane horned sashes with painted slate sills and red brick cambered heads. There is a central 20th-century door with a similar head. An inscription reading "1869 JáSáRees" is incised on the stone by the doorway. The north end wall is whitewashed, and there is a rear outshut with an imitation slate roof.
To the right of the farmhouse, there is an outbuilding with a long outshut roof at the front and two doors at the rear. Additionally, at a right angle to the southwest, there is a single-storey outside kitchen made of rubble stone, also with a grouted slate roof and stone end stacks. This kitchen has one window to the left of the centre and a door in the east end wall. A rubble wall to the right features a low opening, which may have served as a goose shelter. The garden is enclosed by a whitewashed rubble stone wall.
