Description

This is an early to mid 19th century small two-storey house located to the west of Brynhyfryd. It is constructed of rubble stone with a colourwashed roughcast front, a grouted slate roof, and stone stacks at both ends. The house features an unaltered three-window front with small 19th century four-pane sash windows, and a central door set in a raised cement surround. The heads of the ground floor windows are slightly cambered. There is also a small four-pane window on the ground floor of the west end wall. Adjacent to the house is a low colourwashed rubble outbuilding to the west, which has a grouted slate roof and double boarded doors.
