Description
Brynhyfryd is a small two-storey house built in the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed of rubble stone with a colourwashed roughcast front, topped with a grouted slate roof and stone end stacks. At the rear, there is an outshut featuring a large stone stack on the west edge of the roof slope. The front of the house has three unaltered windows, each with small 4-pane sashes, and a central door framed by a raised cement surround. The heads of the ground floor windows are slightly cambered. Additionally, there is a small 4-pane window located on the ground floor of the west end wall. To the west of the house, there is a low colourwashed rubble outbuilding with a grouted slate roof and double boarded doors.
