Description
Gate Lodge is a single-storey cottage with a square plan, featuring rendered walls and a nearly pyramidical hipped roof topped by a central brick chimney. The front elevation has two windows flanking a central door. Each window is a three-light design with 12 panes per light, including margin glazing. Above the windows, there is a label mould with out-turned ends. The four-panel door also has a label mould. The roof is covered with slate, with tiles along the ridge and hips.
