Shelf for Bee-Skeps in rear Garden Wall of Y Garn

The building is a shelf for bee-skeps located in the rear garden wall of Y Garn. It is constructed with unpainted roughcast over rubble stone and features a grouted slate roof with roughcast end stacks, the larger stack being on the left. The front of the building is two-storey with three windows, each containing 12-pane hornless sashes and slate sills. A centre ledged door is accessed by four steps. The north end wall is made of rubble stone and has a small 12-pane stair light. There is an outshut at the rear and an attached northeast outbuilding with a grouted slate roof and a door at the west end.

In the north wall of the rear garden, there is a sunk shelf with a slate lintel specifically designed for bee-skeps. Inside, the building has sawn pine floor timbers and a small stair to the right of the fireplace, which features an oak lintel.
