Description

This listing describes two sets of gatepiers and gates located northwest and southeast of Llanerchaeron. Each set consists of four matching rubble stone piers topped with stepped coping. There are low outer rubble walls with stone coping, and spearhead iron railings positioned between the inner and outer piers. The central feature of each set is a pair of cast iron gates, which have top rails that ramp down to the center. The gates are adorned with spear finials, which are also present on the dograil above a band of circles.
