Description

The Forge, which includes an attached outbuilding to the right, is a two-storey structure built from whitewashed rubble stone and topped with a slate roof featuring stone end stacks. The front has three windows, each with cambered-headed openings and stone voussoirs. Above, there are three 9-pane casements, while below, there are two 16-pane horned sashes and a central ledged door. The left end wall is also made of rubble stone, and there is a lean-to at the rear.

The outbuilding attached to the right is a single-storey structure with a continuous wall and a roof that is hipped to the right. It features two cambered-headed doors with stone voussoirs, although the right doorway has been blocked.
