Description
7 Market Street is a late Georgian building featuring three stories and two windows, with scribed stucco fronts. The building has a plinth at No 3 and rusticated quoins at No 7. It is topped with slate roofs, has bracket eaves, and rendered chimney stacks. The small pane sash windows at No 3 have cills, while Nos 5 and 7 have architraves, with No 5 also featuring keystones. No 3 has an overall entablature at the ground floor with pilaster strips on the right and flanking the entrance to the left. No 5 has a modern shop front that retains similar pilasters, while No 7 has a plain shop front with two-light windows and panelled double doors at the central entrance, along with a six-panel door to the left. The left end is similarly rendered, with a small pane sash window on the second floor.
