Description
Coedmor is a house constructed of squared brown stone with a slate eaves roof and stone end stacks. It has a three-storey, two-window front featuring original nine-pane sash windows under the eaves, with twelve-pane sashes in other locations. A ledged door, fitted with an overlight, provides access. The windows have painted slate sills, and stone voussoirs define the ground and first floor window arches. The doorway has reveals with arched panels characteristic of the early Victorian period, and a plain, later timber shelf hood is supported by brackets. The house was built slightly later than the neighbouring properties numbered 1 to 3.
