Description

The Windsor is a late Georgian building that stands three stories tall and features a two-window roughcast front. It has end pilaster strips and a moulded eaves band. The roof is covered with slate, and there is a rubble chimney stack. The building has recessed small-pane sash windows, and the shop front is adorned with Ionic pilasters and a splayed entrance on the left side.
