Description

This is a late 19th-century warehouse, originally a grain and seed shop, built on an angle to the corner of the street. It is a single-story building constructed of rubble stone with slate roofs. The front has three sides. It has large timber windows with mullions, transoms, and four panes to each light, with slate sills. Two such windows are set into the chamfered north-west facing angle, and two are on the right end of the east-facing side. The east-facing side also features double doors with an overlight to the left. The north-facing side has a similar window adjacent to a similar door with an overlight. A section of the north-facing side has a yellow brick jamb. Further along the north-facing side are another double door with yellow brick sides and an overlight, and then a plain door raised on a sill without an overlight. Inside, the building has large, bolted timber queen-post and angle-strut roof trusses.
