Description
Clettwr Villa is a house constructed from snecked rubble stone, topped with a slate roof and featuring stone end stacks. The building has bracketed eaves and is two storeys high, with a three-window range of 6-pane sash windows that have slate sills and stone voussoirs. The central door consists of three long panels, with the middle panel arched, and includes an overlight and stone voussoirs.
In front of the house, there is a narrow garden enclosed by a low wall made of slate-coped rubble. This wall is adorned with twisted iron rails and has pyramid-capped stone gatepiers that support a central spearhead iron gate.
