Description
This warehouse, now used as shops, was built around 1860. It is constructed of yellow brick, with an ashlar ground floor and ashlar dressings. The roof is not visible. The building has ground floor and first floor cornices, along with moulded wooden eaves, and the upper floors are divided by pilasters.
The building is four storeys high and has a three-window frontage. The central window on the second floor is a segment-headed plain sash with a keystone, flanked by tripartite plain sashes separated by pilasters. Above, the fenestration is similar, with smaller windows. The third floor has five segment-headed plain sashes, with the central one slightly larger. The ground floor has ashlar pilasters. The central entrance features a half-glazed double door with a segment-headed overlight, flanked by single, large segment-headed shop windows. Each shop window has a transom and a half-glazed door on the outer side. All ground floor openings have shaped keystones.
