Description

17 Quay Street is a two-storey house with a stucco front and a corrugated iron roof, featuring brick end stacks. The building is double fronted, with two hornless 12-pane sash windows on the upper floor. On the ground floor, there is a later 19th-century canted bay window to the left, a central six-panel door framed by a timber doorcase with fluted pilasters and a shelf hood supported by brackets, and a four-pane sash window to the right. The windows have painted slate sills. At the rear, there is a long rubble stone range with a ridge stack and a two-storey front.
