Description

The Makeig memorial is a large arched structure made of rubble stone, standing about 2 meters high, 1.5 meters wide, and 1 meter deep. The arch features voussoirs and a keystone, and it rises from a slate impost band. The eastern front is recessed into the arch and has 20th-century render surrounding a finely lettered plaque that is eroding.
