Description
Brynathen and No 24 is a simple classical terrace built in the 19th century, featuring three two-storey fronts with three windows each, all finished in scribed render. The central front includes Brynathen and No 24, topped with slate roofs, wide boarded eaves, and three cement render stacks, along with rusticated quoins. The terrace has 12-pane sash windows with lugged architraves and ornamental keystones on the first floor. The ground floor features segmental arched recesses with architraves, keystones, and similar windows, except for the central house where one segmental recess is replaced by a bay window that is splayed to the left. There is a modern bay window to the right of No 25. The entrance to Llywelfa is arched and consists of two orders with a panelled architrave and keystone, a three-panel door, and a five-panel fanlight. Brynathen has a lugged architrave and keystone with a three-panel door and a plain fanlight, while Nos 24 and 25 have half-glazed doors, with No 25 also featuring a lugged architrave and keystone.
