Description
Llywelfa is a simple classical terrace building dating from the 19th century. It consists of three two-storey fronts with three windows each, featuring scribed render. The central front includes Brynarthen and No 24. The building has slate roofs, wide boarded eaves, and three cement render stacks, along with rusticated quoins. The windows are 12-pane sash types with lugged architraves and ornamental keystones on the first floor. The ground floor features segmental arched recesses with architraves and keystones, similar to the first floor windows, except for the central house where one segmental recess is replaced by a bay window that is splayed to the left. There is a modern bay window to the ground right of No 25. The entrance to Llywelfa is arched and has two orders, with a panelled architrave and keystone, a three-panel door, and a five-panel fanlight. Brynarthen has a lugged architrave and keystone with a three-panel door and a plain fanlight, while Nos 24 and 25 feature half-glazed doors, with No 25 also having a lugged architrave and keystone.
