Description

Birmingham House is a two-storey building from the mid-19th century, dating from after around 1845. It features a late Classical style with three roughcast fronts and a hipped slate roof that has wide eaves. The front facing Albert Street has three windows, while there is one window on the corner and another on the Alban Square front. The 12-pane sash windows have lugged architraves and keystones. On the Alban Square side, there is a bay shop front. The corner entrance is arched, with a recessed door and a six-pane fanlight, and there is a three-panel door on the Albert Street front.
