Description

15 Albert Street is a row of early 19th-century two-storey houses. The facades are of scribed render, with the exception of number 20 which has a pebbledash finish. The houses have rusticated quoins or pilaster strips. All have slate roofs with wide boarded eaves and a combination of six rubble and two rendered chimney stacks. Numbers 14 and 20 each have three windows, whilst the others have two. All windows are sash windows, with 12 panes of glass, except numbers 15 and 16 which lack glazing bars. The windows and entrances have lugged architraves and keystones, except for number 20. The entrances are recessed, with a half-glazed door at number 14, three-panel doors at numbers 15, 16, 17 and 19, and modern doors at numbers 18 and 20. The right-hand end wall is pebbledash, while the left-hand wall is of scribed render.
