Description

5 Quay Parade is a two-storey building featuring a three-window facade made of coursed rubble. The roof is covered with asbestos slate and has narrow eaves, along with a chimney stack finished in cement render. The building has 12-pane sash windows, except for a five-light sash window located on the ground floor to the right, all of which are topped with voussoir lintels. There is a modern half-glazed door that is recessed and includes a fanlight above.
