Description
37 Lion Street is a two-storey building featuring a nearly symmetrical front with three windows, constructed from rubble and set on a plinth. It has a slate roof with bracket eaves and a rubble chimney stack located at the right end. The small pane sash windows are fitted with cement lintels, with 16 panes on the first floor, 12 panes on the ground floor to the right, and 6 panes on the left, all surrounded by architraves. There is a central half-glazed door to the left. The right end is also made of rubble, and there is a lower cross range at the rear that includes additional small pane sash windows.
