29 Alban Square

29 Alban Square is a simple classical terrace building dating from the 19th century. It is two stories high with three-window fronts. The buildings at Nos 27 to 29 feature scribed render, while No 30 has a roughcast finish. The structure includes rusticated quoins and end pilaster strips, topped with slate roofs and three cement render chimney stacks, and has wide boarded eaves.

The sash windows have glazing bars at Nos 28, 29, and the first floor of No 30. The first-floor windows are adorned with lugged architraves and ornamental keystones. The ground floor windows are set in segmental arched recesses, with architraves (lugged at No 30) and keystones. The entrance to No 27 has a flat-headed design with a lugged architrave, while Nos 28 to 30 feature arched entrances of two orders with panelled architraves and ornamental keystones. No 27 has a modern door, while Nos 28 to 30 have three-panel doors with five-pane fanlights.
