Description
26 Penmaesglas Road is a late Georgian three-storey building with a basement. The exterior features a scribed render finish, a plinth, and painted quoins at the corners. Nos 12 and 14 have twin two-window fronts, while the Penmaesglas Road elevation is asymmetrical, with a gable end on the left and a stepped three-window front for No 26 on the right. The building has slate roofs, brick chimney stacks, and wide bracket eaves. The windows are small pane sash windows that have been renewed. The doorcases at Nos 12 and 14 have panelled pilasters that are offset, with No 14 featuring a six-panel door and a traceried fanlight. No 26 has a similar but taller doorcase and a six-panel door.
