Description

Upper Broad Heath Farmhouse is a two-storey building with a three-window facade, dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. The front is finished in stucco and faces west, featuring a slate roof with broad eaves and end stacks that are stepped to the gable ends. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, and there is a central door located beneath a trellis porch. The rear elevation is constructed of rubble and includes a mix of casement and sash windows, with cambered heads on the ground floor. There are also lower two-storey extensions that are symmetrically set back on each side.
