A yellow brick stack is located between the cloakrooms and is shouldered at the eaves level. The building has large transomed paned windows set under segmental stone arches with stone sills. At the eastern end, there is an attached one-bay washroom that has been further extended to include toilets. The interior of the building is subdivided and ceiled throughout.
