Description
The farm range at Maes Treylow is a 19th-century building consisting of a two-storey main range and a single-storey wing. The main range features stalled cowsheds with a rear feeding passage, a feed store at the north end, and a loose box bay at the south end. It is constructed from coursed rubble stone and includes slit ventilators, a weatherboarded loft with modern plank shutters for the pitching openings, and a tin roof. The interior showcases good quality stalling and mangers.
The wing is a single-storey structure that is open to the roof and supported by king post trusses. It is also made from coursed rubble and has a tin roof. Inside, there are loose boxes with a rear feeding passage, managers, and hay racks.
