Description

This drinking fountain and horse trough, located in Llansilin village, is made of brown sandstone and stands about 2 meters high. It is designed as a square pillar with a rounded and decorated pediment on each face, topped with a ball finial on a large base. The front features a recess that contains a damaged bronze tap. The fountain is set on a two-step plinth that includes a small round water basin, surrounded by a kerb and cobbled area.
