Wern Cottage is a restored small, single-storey cottage built in a box-framed style, featuring three rooms and a lobby entry. It has a thatched hipped roof and a restored timber-framed chimney stack located at the east apex. The windows have also been restored. The interior was not inspected during the resurvey.
